It's one thing to play around with imaginary atrocities another thing entirely to add your fictive monster game to a real atrocity. The crimes of the Nazi regime in Germany however were very real and very very terrible. The World of Darkness is grimdark enough as is and each one of the factions is meant to be read as evil in one fashion or another. I imagine White Wolf saw it fit to take pains not to associate any one faction in the lore with the Nazi's. I know very little about Werewolf lore but I can imagine you could find members of the Get of Fenris fighting one another as the members that came over with the Nazi's clashed with the members in the Norwegian, Dutch, and even French resistance. While there were Tzimisce at the concentration camps reveling in the horrors in a way that only the Tzimisce could truly appreciate, there were a lot of Tzimisce who saw the Nazi's marching through the Carpathians as invaders, never mind the Russian Tzimisce and the Ordrean League as a whole. It's noted in her bio that Aisling Sturbridge was aghast to learn that members of her clan had sided with the Nazis and has made sure to wield her influence to destroy and defame those Tremere that did. Himmler was a Tremere sure and Goebbels was Malkavian (maybe?) But a lot of the Tremere in Allied nations were firmly against the Third Reich.
